When TAMISEMI posts a job opening for a teacher, eligible graduates and instructors may apply online using the OTEAS (Online Teachers Application System). All job applications must be submitted online at http://ajira.tamisemi.go.tz/#!/auth. All applicants must be aware that if they apply online through the Online Teachers Application System – OTEAS ajira.tamisemi.go.tz, they will not be required to submit a hard copy version to TAMISEMI and will not be required to pay any fees.

How to Make an Application

To learn more about Tamisemi, click to https://ajira.tamisemi.go.tz/.

To create an OTEAS account, go to the main page and click the Register link.

1. On the registration screen, fill in your personal information and then click the NEXT button.
2. Fill out the “OTEAS Tamisemi Form” completely and accurately without making any errors.
3. Upload any needed papers and certificates.
4. Fill in the required information in the fields provided.
5. Select the option to submit.
6. Take a printout or a photo of the completed form using his or her mobile phone for future reference.

IMPORTANT TO ALL APPLICANTS FOR TAMISEMI AJIRA | TAMISEMI Ajira Application System

• Each applicant must register by filling out important information such as form number four, year of completion, applicant’s name, telephone number and applicable email address.
• Every applicant must register immediately.
• The system will not allow you to register and send more than one application.
• Make sure all the information you complete is verified before you go to another feature.

Personal information

• Names that will be filled in the personal information section should be as they appear in the professional certificates.
• Form four and six exam numbers should be written in accordance with the S0123-0001 or P0123-0001. Examination numbers.
• Make sure the number you are using is correct.

Export of documents

• You are required to attach documents for each professional information, work license and birth certificate.
• The certificate being sent makes sure it is not larger than 2 MB.
• The application letter should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, the Presidency.
• All attachments of important documents needed in the system should be in PDF format only.
